Nurtura Launch Sale Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The Nurtura Launch Sale is offered by The Nurtura Co, ABN 30 384 057 421.

2. Promotion Period

The Launch Sale begins at 12:00 am AEST on 1 September 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEST on 16 September 2026. Orders must be completed and payment received before the promotion closes. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed before or after the promotion period.

3. $100 Launch Sale Discount

Customers will receive $100 off eligible silicone dolls included in the Launch Sale.

The discount applies only to products displayed as part of the Launch Sale. It does not apply to products, accessories, gift certificates or other items that are not included in the promotion.

4. Subscriber Free Shipping Offer

To receive free standard shipping, customers must subscribe to The Nurtura Co mailing list through the pop-up displayed on the website.

Customers must complete the subscription process and follow the instructions provided with the subscriber offer. Any promotional code provided must be entered correctly at checkout.

The subscriber free shipping offer can be used together with the $100 Launch Sale discount.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery to an Australian address. It does not include express delivery, international delivery or additional delivery services unless expressly stated.

5. Eligibility

The promotion is available to retail customers purchasing through The Nurtura Co website during the promotion period.

The subscriber free shipping offer is limited to one redemption per customer and per order. Customers must provide a valid email address when subscribing.

6. Combining Offers

The $100 Launch Sale discount and subscriber free shipping offer may be combined with each other.

They cannot be combined with another discount code, promotional offer or shipping offer unless The Nurtura Co expressly states otherwise.

The offers are not transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, credit or a refund of any amount that was not paid.

7. Product Availability

All products remain subject to availability. Inclusion in the Launch Sale does not guarantee that a particular doll will remain available throughout the entire promotion period.

8. Delivery Timeframes

Products described as in stock will be lovingly prepared for delivery after the order is confirmed.

Products identified as being on backorder have an expected delivery timeframe of approximately four to six weeks.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of The Nurtura Co. Customers will be contacted if a material delay affects their order.

9. Returns and Consumer Rights

Purchases made during the Launch Sale remain subject to The Nurtura Co Refunds and Returns Policy and other applicable website terms.

Nothing in these promotion terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. Products purchased during the sale remain covered by all applicable consumer guarantees.

10. Mailing List Subscription

By subscribing through the website pop-up, customers agree to receive marketing communications from The Nurtura Co.

Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails. Personal information will be handled in accordance with The Nurtura Co Privacy Policy.

11. General

The Nurtura Co may verify whether an order satisfies these promotion terms before applying or honouring an offer.

If the promotion cannot operate as reasonably intended because of circumstances outside The Nurtura Co’s reasonable control, The Nurtura Co may modify, suspend or end the promotion. This will not affect orders already accepted or any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
