Yes. Each separate qualifying order placed during the Surprise Twins entry period using TWINMAS can receive one entry.

TWINMAS must be applied and accepted at checkout to receive the promotional discount and qualify for automatic Surprise Twins entry.

It cannot be added retrospectively after an order has been placed, so please check that the code has been accepted before completing checkout.

Entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on Sunday 1 November 2026.

Orders placed after that time do not enter the Surprise Twins draw, even if Christmas promotional pricing continues.

The winner may choose one available Nurtura Baby with a regular retail value of up to AUD $699, subject to availability and the full Terms & Conditions.

No. The winner can choose another eligible Nurtura Baby within the prize limit.

It may be similar to the original baby or something completely different. The winner is not required to choose the same model, presentation, hair, skin tone or other features as their original purchase.

We will confirm availability before the winner’s choice is finalised.

If the selected Nurtura Baby becomes unavailable, we will work with the winner to select another available Nurtura Baby within the applicable prize limit and in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Entries close at 11:59 pm AEDT on 1 November 2026.

The random draw is scheduled for 12:00 pm AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026.

We will contact the provisional winner directly using the email address and/or contact details supplied with the selected order.

We may ask the provisional winner to confirm eligibility before the prize is finalised, so please make sure your order details are correct.

The provisional winner has 14 days from written notification to confirm eligibility and accept the prize.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the provisional winner.

If the winner does not respond within the required period, is ineligible or cannot lawfully receive the prize, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn from the remaining valid entries in accordance with the Terms & Conditions and applicable requirements.

If a qualifying order is cancelled, fully refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed before the draw, its Surprise Twins entry becomes invalid.

A partial refund does not necessarily remove the entry if the order still contains at least one paid eligible Nurtura Baby.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Nurtura’s ordinary returns policy are not reduced because your order formed a Surprise Twins entry.

Unpaid, unauthorised, fraudulent, charged-back or otherwise invalid orders are not eligible and may be removed from the final draw list.

Orders placed by 11:59 pm AEDT on 1 November 2026 will be prioritised for pre-Christmas dispatch and are expected to arrive before Christmas.

Delivery cannot be guaranteed where delays arise from circumstances outside Nurtura’s reasonable control, including carrier or destination delays.

The 15% Christmas sale is planned to continue from 2–11 November 2026. Orders placed during that extension may still arrive before Christmas, but pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed and those orders do not receive a Surprise Twins entry.

Prize fulfilment timing depends on the Nurtura Baby selected by the winner and its availability.

We will confirm expected preparation and delivery timing with the winner before the prize choice is finalised.
