Klarna currently describes its Australian Pay in 4 option as four interest-free payments collected automatically every two weeks. Your exact payment option, amounts, dates, fees and other applicable conditions are the ones Klarna presents before you confirm and within your Klarna account.
Checkout information takes priority
Klarna products and requirements can change. Klarna is available for a particular purchase only when it appears at the live Nurtura checkout and Klarna approves the transaction.
Eligibility and approval
Klarna determines whether a customer and transaction are eligible. It may consider identity, location, age, payment details, order value, account history, credit information and responsible-lending requirements.
Having a Klarna account, seeing an estimated amount or successfully using Klarna before does not guarantee approval for a new purchase. The options offered may also differ between customers and transactions.
The Nurtura Co does not make these decisions and generally cannot see or change the reason for a decline. If Klarna is unavailable or does not approve the transaction, return to checkout and choose another payment method that is displayed.
Klarna and backorder Nurtura Babies
When Klarna is available for a backorder, the Klarna arrangement follows the terms and schedule presented when the order is placed and accepted—not the later dispatch date.
Payments may finish before your baby is dispatched
Some or all Klarna payments may fall due while your backorder is being prepared. Klarna follows the schedule you accepted, while Nurtura follows the backorder estimate displayed at purchase. Klarna does not make a backorder arrive sooner.
Before purchasing, please review the timeframe on the product page and our Shipping and Delivery Policy. If you are not comfortable making payments before dispatch, choose another displayed payment method or wait until the Nurtura Baby is in stock.
In-stock purchases
For an in-stock Nurtura Baby, Klarna payments proceed according to the arrangement accepted at checkout while Nurtura prepares and dispatches the order within the timeframe shown on the product page and in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Choosing Klarna does not delay an otherwise ready in-stock order once payment authorisation and ordinary order checks are complete.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your Australian Consumer Law rights and our Refunds and Returns Policy apply regardless of whether you paid using Klarna.
If a refund is approved, Nurtura submits it through the original Klarna transaction. Klarna then adjusts the balance, future payments or amounts already paid according to its processes and your payment status. Nurtura cannot independently cancel Klarna payments or refund the Klarna portion by a different method.
Please continue checking your Klarna account until the adjustment is complete. Contact Nurtura about the order, return decision or refund submission; contact Klarna about the resulting payment schedule, account balance or processing within your Klarna account.
Missed payments and financial difficulty
Fees or other consequences may apply if a Klarna payment is missed. Review the current terms and payment information Klarna provides for your purchase.
If you are having difficulty making a payment, contact Klarna promptly through its official customer-service or hardship pathway. Nurtura cannot pause, reschedule, waive or collect Klarna payments.

Does Nurtura offer Klarna?
Klarna is available when it appears among the payment methods at checkout. Its availability for an individual order and customer remains subject to Klarna's approval and terms.
Can I buy a full-body silicone reborn doll with Klarna?
Yes, when Klarna is displayed and approves the transaction, it can be selected for an eligible Nurtura Baby purchase. Product availability and any checkout restrictions still apply.
Will I always receive four equal payments?
Do not rely on a general description alone. Review the exact option, amounts and dates Klarna shows before confirming, because provider products and transaction conditions can change.
Can Nurtura approve or increase my Klarna purchasing power?
No. Klarna controls customer approval, identity and credit checks, purchasing power and transaction decisions. Nurtura cannot change them.
Does Klarna change my backorder timeframe?
No. The payment arrangement and product fulfilment timeline run separately. Payments may finish before dispatch, and Klarna does not accelerate preparation.
Can I use Klarna for an international order?
This should not be assumed. Klarna availability depends on the customer's location, account, currency and live checkout. Use it only if it is displayed and approved for that order.
Can I combine Klarna with another payment method?
Only combinations expressly supported by the live checkout are available. Do not assume one order can be divided between Klarna and a card, PayPal, Afterpay or another service.
